REACH, Inc. is now hiring an Assisted Living Department Director!
REACH, Inc. is a non-profit agency serving individuals who experience disabilities in Juneau, Haines, and Petersburg. This position operates out of our Juneau office and is responsible for managing REACH's 24-hour care situations -- both group and one-on-one support including direct supervision of Assisted Living Case Managers and Home Managers. The Assisted Living Director will also develop and monitor budgets, work with other departments and coordinate various aspects of management with other program directors, network with community agencies, and implement system changes to ensure the highest quality of service. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, one year of program management experience, and a Bachelor's degrees in Human Services or a closely related field.
