Heat is electric, and the owner will pay up to $500/month electric bill, but the tenant will be responsible for anything over that. (For reference, the bill has never been over $500, but I don't want to have to pay extra if you crank the heat up super high or leave things running.)
Well-behaved and non-destructive pets welcome with deposit!
Please note, this house is up several flights of stairs, and tenant will be responsible for snow removal on and around those stairs.
