My goal is to build a log cabin on the property and I prefer not to have neighbors near by.
I am a skilled tradesman and would be an asset to any community. I hold a degree in nuclear medicine and am experienced in hunting, fishing, trapping, logging, blacksmithing, welding, carpentry, heavy equipment operations and am a certified scuba diver. I also have a thorough knowledge of automotive, aviation and marine painting. I like helping others but also require privacy. That being said, a community presence within a reasonable distance would be nice, but is not required.
I am not interested in using a real estate agent and will pay cash in hand once the property has been surveyed and due diligence has been completed using a real estate attorney.
