1 year old airbag avalanche pack. Has then new Alpride E1 deployment system. Uses supercapacitors to store a charge and a fan to inflate the airbag. Good for multiple deployments. Can be recharged with AA batteries or by a USB cord. Held a charge with all day use for a week in the cold with no issue. No tank to refill and no lithium batteries (so OK for air travel). Used this pack lightly for a year and found that it was a little too small for my needs. Is in perfect working order. New they run over $1000. Great for backcountry skiing or sledding.
