Treasure Holdings, an established multi-family renovation contractor with projects in 30+ markets nationwide, is hiring skilled construction workers for the COHO Project, a 46-unit apartment interior renovation right here in Juneau. Work starts immediately and runs for the duration of the project, with opportunities to continue on with us on future jobs across the country for top performers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Interior demolition and unit prep
- Hanging and finishing moisture-resistant drywall, plus drywall repair
- Installing vinyl rigid core overlay flooring and rubber cove base
- Installing kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops
- Finish carpentry: window sills, trim, shoe molding, quarter round, blocking
- Installing tub/shower surrounds
- Installing door hardware, deadbolts, bath accessories, blinds, and closet shelving
- Setting appliances (ranges, refrigerators, range hoods)
- Interior painting, prep work, and final cleaning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Skilled workers with renovation, remodeling, or finish carpentry experience
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, shows up on time, takes pride in quality work
- Multi-family/apartment renovation experience a plus but not required
